[Fab-user] [ANN] Fabric 1.10.3, 1.11.0/1 released

Hi all,

Despite being purposefully heads-down on v2 efforts, I very much
didn't intend to let v1's releases slip for so long. Sincerest
apologies :( Just spent a few partial days emptying the release
buckets for 1.10 and 1.11, and they're out!

1.10.3 has a handful of bugfixes and support tweaks:

1.11 adds many small features & 'major'-level bugfixes:
http://www.fabfile.org/changelog.html#1.11.0

NOTE: 1.11.0 doesn't exist (due to old PyPI shenanigans; long story).
You'll need to specify 1.11.1 or ">=1.11". The two are identical save
for the version number.

I will have more (big) news about v2 & my development situation early next week.
