Hello, All!

Bug in rsync_project function from fabric/contrib/project.py:

if host.count(':') > 1:
# Square brackets are mandatory for IPv6 rsync address,
# even if port number is not specified
remote_prefix = "[%s@%s]" % (user, host)
else:
remote_prefix = "%s@%s" % (user, host)

for IPv6 rsync address remote_prefix should be "%s@[%s]",
not "[%s@%s]" as it is now.
